From 1 September 2027, small businesses based in France will have to send their sales to the tax authorities. Pommette will do it for you, from your till, through an approved platform (plateforme agréée).

Yes. Like every business, you have had to be able to receive electronic invoices since 1 September 2026 and, from 1 September 2027, you will have to issue your invoices to professionals in electronic form. Your sales to individuals will need to be sent every two months.
Yes: since 1 September 2026, your business must be able to receive them through an approved platform. Pommette will point you to its partner platform to receive them; receiving them directly in Pommette is planned.
