A till in order, without spending your evenings on it

Every payment is recorded in a tamper-proof way, closings happen on their own, and Pommette gives you the attestation to show if you are inspected. Your client gets her bill by email if she wishes.

What the law requires, Pommette does

Since 2018, under the French anti-VAT-fraud law (loi anti-fraude TVA), a practice based in France that is registered for VAT and records client payments in software must use a till that guarantees the data is unalterable, secured, kept and archived. Without proof, the fine is €7,500 per piece of software.

Pommette meets these four conditions and gives you the individual attestation required by the tax authorities (attestation individuelle de l'éditeur).

What your till does

Tamper-proof payments

A mistake is corrected with an extra entry, plus or minus, never by deleting. Each entry is sealed to the one before it.

Automatic closings

Daily, monthly and yearly closings, with their totals, without you having to think about it. Data is kept for six years and archived.

A bill for every treatment

Required from €25 incl. VAT, and on request below that. Your client gets it by email if she wishes, or printed.

  • Card, online or in the treatment room
  • Cash
  • Gift cards
  • Courses of treatments paid in instalments

The attestation: what is it?

A document in your name, issued by the software publisher, confirming that your till meets the conditions of the law. Pommette gives it to you before your first payment, and a new one with each major version.

How long is the data kept?

Six years, line by line, with the closing totals. You can export your archives whenever you like.

What is the risk without proof?

A fine of €7,500 per piece of software concerned, if you are inspected.
