When a client doesn't come, the slot is lost: you can't offer it to someone else at the last minute.
Pommette lets you choose, treatment by treatment, between a deposit, a card on file or nothing at all, and lets your clients know at the right time.
Three ways to protect your slots
The card on file
Nothing is charged at booking. If your client cancels too late or doesn't come, you can charge the fees set out in your terms, which she accepted when booking.
Reminders and freed-up slots
A text and email reminder before the appointment, with a link to reschedule. If a slot frees up, Pommette offers it to the clients who were waiting for one.
The money goes straight to your account
Payments go through Stripe, an approved payment provider. The money is paid into your bank account: Pommette never holds it and never sees card numbers.

Can I ask for a deposit for some treatments only?
Yes. You choose treatment by treatment: deposit, card on file or nothing.
How do I write my cancellation terms?
Pommette gives you a template of terms of sale to adapt: cancellation deadline, deposit amount, no-show fee.
Are payment fees included?
Stripe's fees apply to each online payment: 1.5% + €0.25 for a standard European card. Pommette takes no commission.
Are text messages included?
Yes: 150 texts per month are included with the Solo plan, 300 with the Pro plan. Beyond that, a pack of 100 texts costs €8 excl. VAT.
