One team, several rooms, several locations

Each practitioner has her own hours and treatments, each appointment finds a free room, and you switch from one location to another without changing accounts.

Thursday 15 October for Camille and Sofia: each appointment with its practitioner and its treatment room. Fictional data. Illustration: the final interface may differ.

Designed for independents, ready for a team

Pommette was born in the treatment room of a practitioner working on her own. When your practice grows, nothing changes for your clients: they still book on your page.

Behind the scenes, Pommette shares appointments between your practitioners and your rooms, and only offers slots where both are free.

What you organise

Several practitioners

Each one has her own hours, time off and the treatments she offers. Your client chooses her practitioner, or lets Pommette find the first one available.

Roles and access

You invite each practitioner by email, with her own login. Reports and settings stay reserved for the owner.

Rooms assigned automatically

You list your treatment rooms and the treatments each one can host. Every appointment gets one, with no double booking.

Several locations, one account

You open a new location in a few minutes and switch between them from the same account. Each location keeps its own page, till and clients.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan for a team?

The Studio plan includes 3 practitioners, then €10 excl. VAT per extra practitioner. Treatment rooms are included in every plan.

How much does a second location cost?

Each location has its own subscription. From the second one, each gets 20% off, except the most expensive. This discount is not combined with the launch offer, which takes priority.

Can a practitioner work at two locations?

Yes, with the same account. Her Google or Apple calendar blocks her slots at every location where she works.
