Data controller

METEORA, SARL registered with the Annecy RCS under number 807 875 315, registered office in Rumilly (74150), France, reachable at contact@pommette.app.

Purposes

  • Letting you know when Pommette launches.
  • Preparing your early access.
  • Deciding the order of upcoming features, based on your optional answers.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Data collected

  • Your email address (required).
  • The name and colour of your practice, if you provide them.
  • Your optional answers: first name, city, country, work, number of practitioners, current tool, priority features, what wastes your time.
  • The page you signed up from, the language, campaign parameters (UTM) and the site you came from.
  • The date and version of the consent text, the date you confirmed your address and, where applicable, the date you unsubscribed.

Your IP address is not stored: it is only used, as a fingerprint and for one hour, to limit abusive submissions.

Recipients

  • The Pommette team.
  • Our email provider, Twilio SendGrid (Twilio Inc., United States), covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
  • Our host, in France.

Your data is never sold or rented.

Retention

  • Unconfirmed sign-ups: 30 days, then automatic deletion.
  • Confirmed sign-ups: 3 years after the last contact.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

Audience measurement and preview

The audience measurement on this site sets no cookie and collects no personal data.

The name and colour you type into the preview stay in your browser, for the duration of your visit, unless you sign up.
